Malayia Ross is an Administrative Assistant at Balanced Birth Doula Agency where she fulfills the company needs administratively. Malayia is also currently serving in the Georgia Air National Guard and has been deployed to serve our country on many occasions. Malayia holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in pre-medicine from Georgia State University and brings over six years of combined administrative experience from both military and civilian sectors.

Malayia is a mother of two beautiful children (a boy - 2 years old and a girl - 2 months old). She enjoys reading self-enhancement books. Learning about self helps one understand others and vice versa. Serving in the military has taught Malayia skills that hone integrity, resiliency, and sacrifice.
